A Bird's Eye View of New and Innovative Special Education Course Offerings
Limited Capacity seats available

This session will be designed to provide the general education staff with an overview of the High School Special Education services for English, Math and Transition.  Included with this session will be discussions of FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education) and LRE (Least Restrictive Environment). There will be ample time for questions and answers.

This breakout session will show you how easy it is to create a secure parent portal using Google Sites. This parent portal can contain whatever information you feel your families need from usernames and passwords to school-sponsored online curriculum, links to work sample folders, etc. This can be a time saver for you because your parents can now have access to their information with a few mouse clicks.

Do you want to know more about Science & Art in the Park? Do you have questions for the SAP coordinator or SAP teachers? Join us as we share the In’s and Out’s of the program. SAP staff will be on hand to answer questions about PLTW, Robotics, Medical Detectives, art, project based learning, the NEW math courses, high school science, Spanish, and more! And you will get your hands dirty! All attendees will have the opportunity to make a notebook to take home.
